The meeting was called to order by Gale Macziewski at 6:30 p.m..

Approval of Minutes: Mac McKinsey made a motion to approve the February meeting minutes, motion seconded by Pat Fausnight and the motion was passed unanimously.
ACC Committee Report Gary Petras reported that pier permits have been delayed as they have been sent to the Fort Worth Office for approval.
Road Committee The Road Committee will make recommendations for road repairs after the POA has estimates of thecosts involved in the dock and ramp projects.
Playground Committee:: There was no report for the Playground Committee
Accounting Firm::: Beachwood will no longer out-source accounting needs. Elvia Lujan has agreed to take care of these tasks. This new agreement will begin April 1, 2019.
Game Warden::: Due to a scheduling conflict, the game warden was not able to be present, but will plan to attend the April meeting.
Update of Worker's Comp Insurance:: At the present time Beachwood does not have injury insurance for volunteer workers. The Board will check into all aspects of this insurance and report at a later meeting. The Board will also check if necessary, for contractors.
Guard Lights in Section D: If owners want a light by their property, they should notify the Board. The Board will evaluate where lights are needed and what type of bulbs should be used. There is a monthly fee for each light that is used.
Suddenlink Update: Suddenlink hopes to have service available in Beachwood Estates in May 2019. It was suggested a Suddenlink representative attend a POA meeting to give information to property owners.
Dumpster Capacity: Bill Abernathy made a motion that we get new six-yard dumpsters, motion seconded by Pat Fausnight, and the motion was passed unanimously. It was suggested the new dumpsters all be the same size and be short enough so they can be easily compacted.
Define "Virtually Full-time Living" for D Section: The Board would appreciate input from residents regarding interpretation of "Virtually Full-time Living." More definitive guidelines will be drafted for this situation.
Connie Brown will check with local law enforcement regarding setting speed limits on Beachwood private roads.
Evon Nuss made a motion that the meeting be adjourned, motion seconded by Mac McKinsey, and the motion was unanimously passed.
